Q: I'm coming next week. My inlaws house backs up to the park. I went before but just ran and walked. Never seen any riders. Are the trails that I saw with walkers the same trails that we ride on? -Rob Bates
A: Frick park is one of those places that is terribly marked for mountain bikers. its basically gonna be the same trails as the running trails but if your going the wrong way then your gonna have a really bad time. I've been there a few times and still cant find the right flow so I basically gave up on that place until I ride with someone that knows the trials. It is very heavily traveled with runners and dogs (a lot unleashed). Its a little too "city" for me. Great for city dwellers that need to get out of town. but I would recommend North Park over Frick. Its not too far away, Has a lot more fun flowy single track and distance. Not to mention they have a sick downhill trail with cool bridges and drops too! Hope that helped a little.
