About this trail
The trail heads up from the parking lot. It is steep with tight switchbacks for about the first 1.5 miles. There are some steep climbs after that just not as sustained.
Nice views of Sandpoint & Schweitzer at 3 & 3.5 miles up.
Connects with USFS 2642 at the top.
