Review: Man, I love this place. It's got a little bit of everything. It's a major spot for XC skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, so there is plenty of groomed double track that's easy for novice riders (though with plenty of climbing and fast descending). There's also the "S6" loop, which is used during the annual "Suicide 6" (6-hour) race. That's about 7-8mi long, and features some fairly rocky, rooty, and technical sections. In addition, there are some other sections of singletrack that you can poke around and find.
If that's not enough, the place is surrounded by miles of excellent gravel roads with some serious climbs and fast descents, so you can add those to your ride to make for a big-mileage day if you want.
Overall, an awesome place to ride.
