Trail Description
About this trail
THIS TRAIL HAS SEVERAL SINGLE TRACK SECTIONS NETWORKED TOGETHER TO MAKE AN 8 MI LOOP. THE LOWER SECTIONS BY THE CREEK ARE GREAT FOR BEGINERS. THERE ARE SOME VERY NICE DOWN HILL RUNS THAT ARE FAST AND TIGHT THROUGH WOODS. THIS IS A SHARED TRAIL SO BE ON THE WATCH FOR HORSES. OVER ALL THIS IS A FUN TRAIL AND NOT TO HARD FOR BEGINERS, BUT CHALLENGING.

Review: Rode this on a beautiful fall day. I followed the Cannon Loop Trail most of the way around the park with a brief loop along the creek. At first I thought the trail might be pretty boring because it started in the flats. But once it went into the woods it got much more interesting. It looks like this trail gets fairly heavy horse traffic and some low spots that hold water in the flat section showed some damage. But most of the trail in the wooded areas are holding up well. I'm glad I went out of my way a little to ride here.

Review: Recent heavy rains, horses on trail, and roots combine to make this trail a pretty rough ride. There are multiple trails linked. Cannon loop trail is the longest. A big part of the trails are pretty flat in river bottom area. Good trails for beginners. Trails are not difficult.

Review: This is a good trail for experienced riders an new riders alike. There are easy sections and more chalening sections. It is a good trail for a new rider to get some miles in and start working on some of the technical skills that will bring your riding to a new level. Enjoyable trail all around. Bring lots of bug spray in the late spring to early autum for the ticks though!

Review: This trail is great for beginners and advanced riders alike. They have added some trail since original post. Ride it fast and it can be challenging, take it easy and it can be very enjoyable. Just watch out for horse droppings!

Review: Trail bored me to tears. Flat as a pancake and prone to mud. A few places overlook the "creek."

Review: This is a great trail for people to learn on. The bottoms are pretty flat with a couple dips. Good to take the kids on. The trails up the hill get more technical and fun. Nothing hard though. The person who said it was "flat as a pancake" must not have gotten out of the bottoms. And the "creek' in parentheses? It is Indian Camp Creek FFS. First time seeing a creek or what?
