Review: I am a North Georgia rider, all this sand is a different experience. Fun trail system, I just wish the trail was better marked.

Review: Solid trail system close to Orlando UCF area. Make sure to grab a map trails are not well marked. Access roads are very sandy so only use if you must. Snake trail is also sandy. Meat head, two bridges, outback, zombie, Yahoo are all great trails you will be sure to enjoy.

Review: I have a love/hate relationship with this trail. First the negative, there is a lot of sugar sand. A lot. Next the positive, it really is a great trail set and the trails were way better maintained than last time I rode them. They also put a bathroom at one of the trailheads... which is awesome!!! But it was locked... not awesome. Overall it is a good intermediate trail set.

Review: About 30% of this trail is very sandy. The rest of this trail is flat with very few technical obstacles, climbs, or descents. Very scenic trail, though, with many great views overlooking Econlockhatchee River. Tons of wildlife including turtles, fish, birds, deer, and gators. To get the best out of this trail, I would recommend to get a good map or the map on Strava worked pretty good for me.

Review: Trail SO difficult to understand - markers very difficult to find a lot missing. Very sandy. We rode 10 mi and got lost on way back. Tons of roots and nice natural obstacles - not an easy trail. Lots of sand. Trail along river very narrow and sandy not my favorite. This is a great ride but so badly marked that it was a bit stressful. Get a map from parking lot and map on your cell !!!!!

Review: Beautiful ride

Review: Was very pleased with my first trip out here. Started at the trail head and took the small path out of parking lot heading north along Snow Hill Rd to the bridge where we entered the trail at the bridge on the left. Very fun ride along the water with some narrow sections. Yahoo trail was the section with most soft sand, but keeping to the sides made it a more enjoyable ride. Pulled up an there had to be 30 cars parked there. Thinking it was going to be packed, we managed not to get in the way of too many more experienced riders. The trails were clearly marked for the most part, my main confusion was if I was heading the right direction. At a few points of the day we did turn around and found certain sections much easier to ride in a certain direction. Because of the confusion due to proper flow /direction of traffic (if there even is a particular flow to these trails) I didn't give this trail 5 stars. But there seemed to be endless trails to venture down and had a great time out there. The Snake Trail was a fun warm-up route before heading to the other sections.

Review: I have done the Jones Trail head several times and it has great variety. However, I found my new loop. I Park at the Flagler Trail head on the South end of Snow Hill Road. I start out on the straight / flat Flagler Trail (for about 7 min) until i reach the 2 Bridges Trail which is a fun trail with lots of turns, roots, 2 bridges, and scenic forest riding (20min). This trail briefly turns into the MeatHead trail, which dead ends into the DIngbat Trail (note: I didn't name these trails :-) Turn Left on the Dingbat trail to ride Along the River Trail (20 min). This takes you back to the far end of the main Flagler Trail (13 min). Great ride - approx 1 hour. I've done it about 6 times now and still love it.

Review: Flowy and dry

Review: Flowy fast trails in some sections. Technical, rooty sections with occasional drop offs on others. Can get muddy if it rains but it clears up pretty quickly. Intermediate is a good description. If you know a little about what you're doing on a bike you can handle it. Trails aren't labelled super well so you have to scavenge to find signage denoting the beginning of a trail. Parking is pretty good and shady but it's pretty unclear as to whether or not you are supposed to pay for parking despite the fact that nobody pays. I've heard people have been asked to pay for parking but not ticketed. Trail can have a lot of foot traffic from hikers and the may have dogs with them. Keep a look out. My favorite trail section is ditch of doom.
