From the south, the trail begins at the junction with Wilson Creek Trail #1387 in a meadow, ascends gradually through meadows and timber and crosses FS Road 3521, continuing alternately through patches of old-growth timber and meadows. The trail receives enough use that it is normally easy to find in the meadows. It is marked by rock piles (cairns) in the meadows. This trail does not make many dramatic climbs or descents. There are periodic streams along the way for stock water. The trail ends on the north end at a junction with Naneum Meadows Trail 1389. source: fs.usda.gov
