Review: Not 12 miles. Not really a mountain bike trail. State park system needs to step up its game. Look at areas like copper harbor, marquette, south kettle. Door has so much potential

Review: Not a lot of single track trails at the park, but there are some basic easy trails. However this is a beautiful park to take your bike out and just ride the well maintained multi-use trails that run through the park. Beautiful scenery and nice trails, some nice hiking trails as well. Nice campground on the peninsula as well, sites near the water.

Review: This would be a fun trail with young kids that you would like to introduce to mountain biking but not a destination ride by any means. Personally we like to camp in the park once a year and will ride these each time we come but they are not specifically worth making a trip up here to ride them. As is shown on the map and mentioned by other reviewers there is a relatively short section of single track otherwise the bulk of the trail is wide enough to drive an ATV or more down. Most of it has a predominate single track worn into it but is not technically challenging or narrow. The trails are well marked and maintained. We did not have time to ride all of the trails but did put in 11 miles including the ride from the campground up to the start of the "Mountain Biking" trails. I would not discourage anyone from riding these trails if they are spending some time in Door County, however if you are even a moderately serious single track rider and looking for some place to ride for a weekend in Wisconsin this would not make my top 15. Trails are good as a beginner level trail with some moderate aerobically difficult sections. Enjoy the trails but don't expect an intermediate or advanced single track trail system here.

Review: Scenic. Probably could ride on a hybrid bike. Lots of trail intersections.

Review: Mostly double track gravel paths but there is a 5 mile loop of easy singeltrack. Beautiful park, not a single track destination, but definitely a great area to see from a bike!

Review: mostly double track that's flat, but there's one bit of single track on this ridge that's major fun. going up is fun and going down there are small drops that help you collect speed. THATS FUN the rest is good for a beginner, but pretty boring for any one else

Review: Pretty fun. Wouldn't make a special trip out there for it, but if you're in the area it's a fun trail.

Review: Lots of bike paths around the park, One singletrack path roughly 5 miles long or so. The singletrack was pretty easy but fun. And Penninsula Park is a great campground!

Review: mostly double track with some roots and small climbs. There is about 4 miles of dedicated single track that is nothing exciting. The peninsula is a beautiful place but not a destination for mtnbiking. May be good for xc training. Maps at every intersection
